Running a Project
Start the Lesson
By the end you can name the five stages every piece of work runs through, brief, plan, checkpoints, handover, retrospective, and say what each one leaves behind; write a one-page brief for a real project; turn it into a plan with timed steps and at least three dated checkpoints; run the five checks of critical thinking on that plan and say what they caught; fill a handover note and a retrospective as far as they go today; and direct an AI tool to draft a plan and defend every checkpoint in it as your own.
