Something not working? Say what, and the form opens a message to the System Admins in your own mail app, ready to send. They answer from the help desk.

  1. ICT help: request@learninglions.org, for the laptop, the network, your account, Mufasa and the hub.
  2. Printing: print@learninglions.org.
  3. Put what it is about in the subject line, say which machine or room, and say what you already tried. The help desk explains; you do.
  4. On campus the ICT office issues the laptops in the morning and takes them back at night; a laptop fault goes there in person as well.

Nothing typed here is stored by the hub. The message leaves from your own mail app, from your own address.
