- Your team's one-page report (photo or file)
- Six parts in the owner's language; opens with their own 'better in a month' words from CC1; every piece with its date and maker; three to five numbers, one plain line each; at least one line that says a number went down, changed nothing or cannot be read yet; one recommendation and one price; parts 4 and 5 hand-written and marked
- Numbers sheet with sources fill in on the hub
- Where each number came from, its dates, its before or 'no before'; at least one from the owner's own records; a better-looking number you left out, named
- The tool's summary with your cuts, if you used one
- Part 3's lines only; every percentage and adjective cut and rewritten as numbers with words
- The stranger's three answers
- Someone from another team read the page cold: what did the owner want, did it happen, what next; anything wrong fixed; the trainer on duty initialled it
- The owner's response and the renewal
- Walked through by voice; their answer in their words with the date, or rehearsed, or the day booked; the renewal on your pursuit tracker
- Your own number and sentence
- One number you gathered, sourced and annotated in four parts; your part-4 sentence for it; one line: if the numbers were bad, did our report say so?
