What You Turn In
- All three doors costed, the three gaps side by side
- Burn from your own BE12 books plus the posted costs, every placeholder marked; income from your own price sheet and pipeline or the wage line; one gap figure per door
- Your chosen door's plan in full, in Career Plan v2
- The door ticked on the arithmetic with one line of evidence; the runway shown and marked notional; your PP6 routine and rest block by reference
- Three first actions with dates
- A real name, a real date and the means for each; the first one taken and logged in the pursuit tracker with its receipt by the end of the week
- Your weakest number, tested
- Defended from your books and sheet or revised under a partner's challenge; the partner's initials; the coach's initials at sign-off
- Your personal KPIs, revised a last time
- Revised for the chosen door against six weeks, with the reason under each change; entered in Asha in week 8
