What You Turn In

  1. Your scope card fill in on the hub
    1. Three weekly jobs with input, output, how often, what a wrong answer costs and how the owner checks; one chosen and why; one rejected as 'never' with its cost; your one-line answer to the workbook's question
  2. The team's instruction, with receipts
    1. Five parts: the job in the owner's words, the owner's facts, the output shape, the never-list, the fallback; a missing fact says 'ask the owner', never a guess; labelled fill in on the hub
  3. The test log, your rows in it fill in on the hub
    1. Ten real inputs across the team, each read against the facts, right or wrong, what the owner would have done; at least one wrong; how it fails in one sentence
  4. Your break-test note
    1. What the partner did; what you thought went wrong, written before they told you; what changed in the instruction
  5. The one-page runbook
    1. Six headings in the owner's language, a picture of the phone screen; 'when not to trust it' written by hand from the log; a stranger ran it from the page alone
  6. The price line and the owner's reply
    1. Set-up hours at the floor plus a half-hour monthly check, as one rates-sheet line; the owner walked through by voice; whatever they said, written down
