Asha Putting the Loop Together
Start the Lesson
By the end you can say the nine steps of the loop in order and find each one in Asha on your own screen, read your own standard KPIs for the first week and say what moves the weakest one, revise your two personal KPIs until a coach could observe them, build your week-2 plan with the fixed blocks placed, one protected SGL purpose and rest written in, and make your first Saturday update before the deadline on the board.
Submit Your Work
What You Turn In
- Your loop card (photo) fill in on the hub
- The nine steps in order, in your own words, where each one lives in Asha, and the one you find hardest
- One sentence on your weakest standard KPI
- What moves it: which step of the loop, and what you will do differently in week 2
- Your two personal KPIs, revised fill in on the hub
- Something observable, with a number or a yes/no for week 4
- Your week-2 plan, in Asha fill in on the hub
- The skeleton placed; one protected SGL purpose named; rest written in as a block; the energy row filled, or 'private, discussed with my trainer'; an all-work plan fails
- Your first Saturday update
- Every week-1 badge FS1 to FS8 in, the SGL log complete, KPIs current, the plan in; by the deadline on the board
