What You Turn In

  1. The clip's standard and your promised time, photographed fill in on the hub
    1. Written before your first prompt: length, ratio and exports, the one message, the call, captions and end card, channel spec, by when and sign-off; every guess in the brief turned into a line
  2. Timeline screenshot
    1. Your 9:16 template never cut on; the clip as a duplicate named the client's way
  3. Script, shot list and captions with your prompt log
    1. Labelled AI-assisted — directed by me; the spec, what came back, what you changed and why, how you verified it; every claim in the clip is in the brief; the script runs to length
  4. Your voice-over and the route reason
    1. Route A or B, chosen for a written reason; one band, no clipping, matching the script word for word; a generated voice labelled and told to the client fill in on the hub
  5. The clip, exported — or a coach's countersign fill in on the hub
    1. Three to five real shots; generated b-roll only where the brief allowed, labelled on screen; captions burned in; end card; to the channel spec, named the client's way, checked on a phone
  6. Handover note, sign-off and your delivery log line
    1. Four headings with the AI label and voice route; the trainer's sign-off before the send; delivered the same day; brief received, promised by, delivered, where, who confirmed, real hours; your estimate for clip two
