What You Turn In
- Your portfolio, as a PDF or link fill in on the hub
- Six to ten pieces, strongest first, each with a case note that names a decision; the container in your own brand system; it opens on your phone
- Your showreel, two exports beside the PDF
- Forty-five to sixty seconds from your delivered pieces, the strongest in the first three seconds, 9:16 and 16:9; every AI-assisted piece named in the end card; nothing in the reel that is not in the portfolio
- Cut list with reasons
- The client brief at the top; at least one cut in a sentence a client would respect; the weakest piece still in, named
- Labelling record with receipts
- Every piece Hand-made or AI-assisted — directed by me; the spec and direction history on every AI-assisted piece; your Director loop on the cut on record
- Proof lines checked
- Every proof line on your offer card names a piece that is in the portfolio, or the offer comes off the card as a gap
- The defence
- Given to a partner, heard by a trainer: one challenge answered on a kept piece and one on a cut; one line on the challenge that did not land
