What You Turn In
- Screenshot of your team's pipeline folder, sorted by name
- Ingest, working, exports, archive; every asset you have so far is inside and named against the rule; raw files read-only fill in on the hub
- Your version log and backup log
- A line per version (number, date, who, what changed); a line per copy with count and size; a restore line for a file someone else chose
- Proof of the backup
- Second copy matched by count and size; one file a partner picked restored, opened and logged; third place named or 'none yet'
- The stranger test findings fill in on the hub
- A partner from the other track found a file from a plain-words request in under a minute, or you wrote the miss and the fix
- The pipeline card
- One page a stranger could run the pipeline from: the rule with an example, the folder, the two places, where the logs live, who ingests and when
- Clip of the Day: Episode 2, Through the Pipeline fill in on the hub
- Episode 2 of your client's clip series, 15–30 seconds, 9:16, cut from shots ingested the same day and named by the rule; raw read-only; two copies; one Episode 2 shot restored on a partner's pick; captions typed by hand, no AI; a 720p MP4 under 30 MB in exports; its Google Drive share link and the folder screenshot showing Episode 2's files in Asha
