What You Turn In

  1. Your three tickets: your own phone, your partner's, the client's
    1. Five lines each — what the owner reported, what I saw, what I changed, what I told them, what I did not touch and where it went; the four backup dates on the ticket before anything was changed
  2. Your app round sheet
    1. Three apps judged with all five checks, the permission list quoted as the evidence, the action taken with the owner's yes
  3. The owner's screenshot of the dated backup, details cropped
    1. Sent by the owner during the call and kept in the client folder — or the call logged as attempted with the rebooked time
  4. Your look-up receipts, security/phone-lookups.md (repo link)
    1. Every brand-specific path: the phone, the setting, the ask, the tool and date, the path it gave, what the phone showed, right or wrong; nothing private in any row
  5. The owner call script, the phone card and the referral card (client folder) fill in on the hub
    1. In the owner's language; the referral names the hardware route, not you
  6. check-scs4.2 receipt and your method note
    1. Every automatic item PASS; six lines, the sixth from your exit ticket

How

  1. Asha, by Saturday's update.
Done when
  1. Three tickets: own, peer, client: Five lines each (reported, saw, changed, told, did not touch); the four backup dates on the ticket before line 2 was touched; the partner held the phone and did every tap; the owner's yes beside every change; 'what I saw' never blank
  2. App round sheet: Three apps judged with all five checks, the permission list quoted as evidence, the action taken with the owner's yes; 'good reviews' is not evidence
  3. Owner's backup screenshot: The dated backup screen sent by the owner during the call, or the call logged as attempted with the rebooked time
  4. Look-up receipts: Every brand-specific path as a row: phone, setting, ask, tool and date, path given, what the phone showed, right or wrong; nothing private; committed
  5. Call script + phone card + referral card: In the owner's language; the six lines as questions the owner can answer from their screen; the referral names the hardware route; the card tested on a partner as the owner
  6. check-scs4.2 receipt + method note: Every automatic item PASS; six lines, the sixth a real doubt and a real check, committed
