Design Literacy for All
By the end you can squint at any page and say in one sentence why it fails; build a three-colour palette where every colour has a job and a second signal; pair two typefaces and say what each does; rebuild a bad local layout with alignment, proximity, white space and hierarchy, labelling each fix by rule; read a phone screen the way you read a flyer and name the state it is missing; sort found material into usable, usable with credit and never for paid work; and defend your choices in three sentences that cite rules, not preference.
