  4. Your study plan with its receipts
    1. Drafted by the tool from requirements you verified, labelled 'AI-assisted directed by me'; every line checked against the page with one correction shown; prompt, draft and corrected plan in Shared/PP5
  5. Your verification-lab receipts
    1. A dated screenshot of the requirement and the fee line for every row on your plan and map; to be confirmed rows left as to be confirmed
