Ship a Multi-Page Site

Level 2 · BootCampSCS2 Business OnlineTaught week 3 Thursday morning

Start the Lesson

By the end a three-page site for your tier-1 client is live at a public address on GitHub Pages: three pages, one nav copied exactly, one stylesheet, relative paths only, index.html at the root. The frame shipped first and the pages grew under direction with a receipt each; the deploy checklist ran with check-scs2.3 --url and one failure was read before anything was touched; the content is the owner's, confirmed and logged, or a marked placeholder in square brackets, never invented; the stranger test passed on a partner's phone; and a Definition of Done a stranger could check is signed by you and a partner.

Start the lesson 66 moves in 13 parts. You need: your bio page and your track repo as SCS1.4 left them, in ~/scs/projects · your copy of the SCS2.3 folder, copied down from Mufasa the evening before · your GitHub account signed in, and your SSH key · your tier-1 client from CC1: the client-network card, the CC1 discovery notes, and a way to reach the owner · your scs-server from SCS1.5, for the rehearsal · a partner with a phone on data, for the stranger test · your notebook
