BE5 Portfolio and Pricing
Start the Lesson
By the end you can say in one sentence a client would nod at why buyers believe portfolios over bios; build a portfolio v1 in which every piece carries a six-part card, brief, plan, what I did, how I checked, how I handed over, what I would change, with a true label and receipts, and answer two questions about your piece without notes; write a personal Definition of Done and run it on a real piece; compute a personal floor from real costs and honest hours; set floor, standard and rush for up to three services inside the verified range, every number traced to a named row, and decline below-floor work with a written script; and estimate one real task before you start it and track the actual, because estimate accuracy is a KPI from today.
Submit Your Work
What You Turn In
- Portfolio v1 link and a screenshot of your first piece
- Opens on a phone from your PP2 profile; the six-part card; the true label; receipts where AI helped; you can answer two questions about it without notes
- Your Definition of Done fill in on the hub
- Personal, at least the eight lines from the board, and run against a real piece
- Handover-note template
- Four parts started: what it is, where it lives, how to use it, what is not included
- Your price sheet and no-script
- Up to three services; floor from your real costs and honest hours; standard and rush inside the verified range; every number traced to a named row; the no said once in roleplay
- Your estimate in Asha, then the actual
- One real badge task estimated before you start; the actual hours when done; a second piece carded and the where-I-was-wrong line on two tasks by the update
How
- Asha, by the week-4 Saturday update.
